He said he had been trying to lose weight for years but never was successful.
Tom hanks credits a daily dose of apple cider vinegar for the loss and says he felt like a new man at the recent event where he accepted an award from the Kennedy Center.
He went on to say that if you don’t exercise or eat healthy you will gain weight in your later years. Hanks is currently promoting his movie, A Man Called Otto, which tells the story of a crotchety, irritable, and fiercely strict widower who lives a lonely life and judge everyone he sees.
